foodknit.jpgIt's from a Japanese book called Food knit that you can buy on Amazon (I think). Little text, no patterns, but if you know what you're doing you can probably reverse-engineer the process.

There's a lot of this out there, a cult of simulations. Glancing around, it's apparent that smaller needles work better than large for items that are normally smooth.

There are some patterns here, but the results are often coarse.
