I've blogged Knitted food, such as the cheeseburger made of yarn, but this is the opposite -- it's real food that looks like yarn. The "knitting" is store-bought marzipan (almond and sugar paste), colored, and scored with a sharp knife. Tutorial at food blog Vegan Yum Yum.
