It's not often you get an invitation to an art opening from the sewer commission. Today is one of those rare days. Peter Goldberg began photographing the Narragansett Bay Commission's Combined Sewer Overflow project in 2004. An exhibit of his photos of the 3-mile-long, 26-foot-diameter, 300-feet-deep tunnel opens today.
