Tiptoeing gingerly through the wilds of music blogs...

Distinctly Jamaican Sounds' Yes, Virginia, There Is A Reggae Santa Claus! blesses you with a Christmas mix, thoroughly annotated and ending with,

I want to thank everyone ahead of time for your comments and I wish anyone who reads this a very Merry Christmas and a healthy New Year... I know right now the world seems like it's on the brink of a major meltdown with all the violence, financial cr*p, terrorism in India, recessions, suffering, unemployment, wars, etc. But keep your head up, hope for the best, stay strong, remember to tell those you love how much you love them and spend quality time with those people because they are the glue that keeps our sanity in place!

Also, every now and then do yourself a favor and listen to some Jamaican music... because like Bob Marley sang, "one good thing about music, when it hits you feel no pain!" Lots of love everyone!

Lee Hartsfeld at Music You (Possibly) Won't Hear Anyplace Else rips vinyl 45s and "performs miracles" with the sound.

Santas Working Overtime is a giant unsorted list of Christmas exuberance.

Remember, there's a reason a lot of very obscure tunes went nowhere.
