Recipes for a Rhode Island Summer comes from earlier days of projo.com, before I got lost in code. Culled from decades of archives of the Providence Journal Food section, it's a representative sample of ways to prepare fresh lobster, clams, quahogs (large clams), chowders as they might be served here in the Ocean State. It's not all shellfish -- the recipes include pasta sauces, calimari, jonnycakes, lemon desserts, Approximately Del's Lemonade. These were hand-picked by me, a few years back, with an eye towards flavor and a bias for real ingredients.
