70 Million by Hold Your Horses ! from L'Ogre on Vimeo.

The band is Hold Your Horses, from Ile de France, France; at that MySpace link they describe themselves:

At the beginning it was Flo and Charles in London.
After a few gigs there, they moved to Paris and now we're 7. We're slowly building a know how in polyphonic fever inducing pop. "
