Google Voice opens to all; here's how to get your number

Google Voice Blog announced the company is opening its "one number to ring all your phones, voicemail that works like email, free calls and text messages to the U.S. and Canada, low-priced international calls" to everyone.

Getting started with Google Voice, however, can be slightly overwhelming. Here's a quick guide to some of its key features and what you'll need to get your account up and running.
