Simple elegance in an Irish castle

We wanted to stay at an Irish castle that hadn't been turned into a chi-chi spa. After some deep Googling, we found one that's allegedly haunted. It's certifiably beautiful -- Ross Castle, at the end of several narrow roads in County Meath.

(Wifi on the run, so I'll post the photos of the lovely interior later, but it's a castle b&b.)
